Gah! Dd keeps getting presents in post fromfriends whose kids I got nothing for

Is fine as I have a stash of present cupboard gifts but must remember to post tomorrow as last day before Christmas. This is effectively dd's first Xmas (she was newborn at the last one) and I had no idea we did pressies for each other's kids!

if you can i would try and resist buying them in return- sound awful but its a hard habit to break! Often people buy kids on their first xmas - i have too but after the first we never bothered. Especially once they get to their subsequent children! In a few years time you could have loads to buy!

we dont do pressies for other peoples children apart from those in the family. I'd nip it in the bud this year or it could spiral in years to come.

Agree re don't start! Can spiral and get crazy!
