leftover beef joint...? any ideas?

we have a leftover beef joint from dinner last night any ideas of somthing simple i can do with it?

Lasagne, cottage pie, spag Bol are always on our list for leftovers. Easy peasy

not sure how id make lasagne, spag bol or cottage pie with beef joint as i don't have a mincer. but yes curry is the one o think , thanks just gotta pop to shop and get some naans (o:

beef and horseradish and cucumber sarnies!!!!

got to be sliced thinly and eaten in a sandwich with wholegrain mustard, watercress and mayonnaise. Yum :)

Alternatively, slice up left overs and stir fry with vegetables, grated ginger, fine chopped chilli and a stack of garlic.

If you cut it into chunks it's good in a chilli.

Fajitas! I'm a firm believer that any leftover meat is best turned into fajitas

my mum makes something we've always called patty pani. only things i've seen similar is scandanavian recipe. tis lovely lovely, a family tradition on boxing day for us. dice cooked potatoes and the beef, finely slice bacon and onions. fry bacon, adds onions, then the potatoes and finally the beef. add worcestershire sauce. serve with a fried egg.
