who has a good and easy gingerbread recipe please?

have never made it before.

I've made two batches of these from Nigella. Very easy to do, just bung into a mixer. Lovely flavour, but I found I needed to reduce the temp by 20C and time by 5 minutes for my fan oven.

Usboure recipies do a really easy and lovely one - i will try and find the link, but you should be able to google it ....
