I have no idea how much leftovers we'll have as I've never made Christmas Dinner for 6 before.

It's a 14 - 16 lb turkey. How much do y'all think will be left over and what can I do with it?!?!?!

I think you'll have plenty spare for serving cold on Boxing Day - pad it out with crusty bread, some salads etc.

I can eat it cold in a sandwich for days and days quite happily - but Nigella has some good leftover turkey recipes; there's a turkey pilaff one which is good.

I am very much looking forward to sandwiches but feel need something else for dinner!

I'll go check out Nigella, thanks!

I like it cold with salad and pickles, or with reheated potato and vegetables and any other leftovers (bubble and squeak).

I just like it!

You'll be fine. Delia's turkey en croute is lovely as is Nigella's turkey salad with wild rice.

Thereafter there's curry, sandwiches (with thick layer of cranberry) and coronation chicken (well turkey).

We're only 2 (and 3 kids who don't eat lots) and manage the leftovers from a similar sized turkey no bother. You can freeze it in chunks to tip into curry etc later. Enjoy!
