Got my brother a long sleeved T shirt from zazzle for Xmas. It's waaay too big despite their sizing guide; but far more to the point, the print (of a squirrel playing a guitar!) is so faint that one wash and it'd be gone! You can barely see it now. It cost £25.85, P&P was £2.98.

They make a song and dance about their 100% guarantee returns policy BUT- the catch is you are expected to return the bloody thing to the USA paying the postage yourself! Even though it was dispatched from a UK warehouse. I actually would have accepted paying £3 return postage in order to get my £25 back but of course their cunning plan is that you wouldn't bother paying the £10-15 odd it'll cost to send back to the USA. Anyway, I have set out on the loong road of getting them to send me a Returns Authorisation thingy (a postal sticker?) but I think we can all be certain that this will end up 'zazzle 1:0 me'...

Shan't be using them again.

Uh oh, I'm pretty sure DM has bought DB a T-shirt from there for Christmas. I haven't seen it yet. Hope it is okay. They're not bloody cheap are they?!

interesting. i bought some cards for my nana last year from zazzle (she likes to send birthday cards to great grandkids that say 'to a dear great grandson/daughter and they're not readily available in the shops)(and i like to buy practical, non-fattening gifts). they were slightly more expensive than i would have liked, and, here's the rub, despite ordering them from zazzle.co.uk it became apparent that i was getting them delivered from the US. but after i'd settled on 18 of the bloody things i wasn't going to let extortionate posting put me off. so i didn't, but i was more warey (sp?) this year.

just saying.

But the postage was £2.98 so must've been posted within the UK!

I've ordered lots of different things from them - mugs, beers glasses. All have been great.

Yes, I'd thought they must be good as they have a 'presence'. It sort of remains to be seen what happens about their returns service. Really, that's the pointy end of customer satisfaction, isn't it? How a company behaves when things go wrong.

We-l-l-l, I have an email from them telling me a) they're refunding me and b) that I can keep the faulty T shirt.

This is a start but of course what I really want is to see the money back (72 hours for a credit voucher, 21 days to reimburse my Paypal!) as obviously I don't want the T shirt.

I will keep you posted, but I still think it's a bit scammy- expecting people to return faulty merchandise to California when it was sent for Slough!
