...for the video to be ready? I'm in France and was trying to access the English site, but it goes to the French one with no option to get Santa talking in English! Very annoying. Any computer person have a clue why is it doing it?

Anyway, I thought I might do it on the 23rd when we'll be in England. Is the video ready the same day?

Yes, it's available instantaneously. I think you have to select the relevant country when you're filling in your child's details - I definitely had to select "United Kingdom" when I filled it in for my DC earlier. Hopefully that will sort the language issue out.
