Need some ideas for prizes for Christmas games please :)

We have the outlaws coming round on Christmas eve and my mum for Christmas day. To keep the boys entertained I thought we could play some games ( thinking bingo and decorating daddy and grandad as Christmas trees) and have little prizes.
No idea on little prizes though that will appeal to small children (7 and 4) and grown ups. Anyone got any ideas please?

Poundstretcher, or the Poundshop have aisles full of suitable tat festive goodies for things like this - I think they must cater to the school Christmas party types. Morrison's have a big "pocket money toys" thing just now too, the party bags and fillers are on there, and a load of things for under about £3. I got a great pile of stocking fillers crap doomed by boxing day but amusing long enough to let me get a cup of tea in peace
