Never made it before but am going to give it a go for teachers at ds school.

I have got an unbelievably busy week next week and wanted to make the fudge this weekend, will it last, may sound silly but I have no clue whatsoever

Thanks to anyone who can enlighten me

I make some most years and I think I've managed to leave some as long as 3 weeks in the fridge.

Mostly it gets eaten within a couple of days of being made - it;s very hard to resist! it tends to last longer if wrapped in cellophane with a big ribbon and tag rather than just to a tupperware Xmas Smile

You can freeze fudge so you could make it now then just defrost to give on the day but you might need to let them know that it'll need eating within a few days & can't be re frozen.
