Stole some good ideas off here so thought I'd return the favour!
Made Nigella's chilli jam last night. V easy. chop some chills and a pepper in food processor boil for 10 min with jam sugar and cider vinegar. let cool for 40 min while you watch tv, put in jars, bobs your uncle!! Looks fab and tastes great. I sterilised my jam jars in sterling tabs while I made it.
