I knew I should have stuck to my original plan

Every single feckin decoration that we own is now on the tree. Even the 8 strands of gold beads which were hidden in the bottom of the box and 14 (yes 14) strands of tinsel.

It looks like it was decorated by elves on acid!

Now if the Dses were 3 and 5, fine I could understand, but FFS my 2 are almost 14 and almost 12.

One branch is particularly fetching with 8 different coloured baubles on it .

Guess what I'll be doing tonight

It sounds fab.

It may well sound fab, but rest assured it doesn't look it.
In fact it looks far worse than a toddler effort.

We will likewise be throwing the entire box of decorations onto the tree this year, as we haven't managed to put the big tree up for the past few years

I just love the Christmassy-ness of it!

We need to see a picture a good laugh inspiration.

I've just had a cloer look and the majority of the tree is bare! All the decorations are on one quarter, and then the tinsel and those bead things all thrown on top .
