Have you tried searching for Baby Born boy clothes? Check the size, but the Baby Born and Baby Annabell dolls' clothes are mostly interchangeable, as far as I can tell from the stuff DD has. I saw some Baby Born boy clothes in Smyths Toys recently, also TK Maxx had quite a few Annabell and Born boy clothes a couple of weeks back - guess that would depend on your store but if there's one local, worth a try.
