How do you attach fairy lights to the wall?

We would like to string fairy lights around our sun lounge for a bit of festive sparkle. We have a small bit of wall above the blinds (about 5 inches) before the ceiling begins and we thought we would put them round that.

How do we fix them up safely?

We wondered about tiny little hooks at various points around the wall to hold them.

How does everyone else do it?

Pounland sell suckers with hooks on them for that very job.

Thank you all. I have just ordered a couple of packs of the command decorating clips from Amazon - they look like just what I am after (45 min drive for a poundland). I just hope they come fast now. I am feeling all festive

As long as you follow the instructions on the command clips, they are fab. I have been using them for years.
