a Chuckling!

I don't like turkey, christmas or not.

For the past few years we've had chuckling at Christmas and it's lovely. You have to get it from a butchers' though.

It's sausage meat, in a de-boned duck, in a de-boned chicken. It's moist and tender and delicious. Has to be cooked slowly so it doesn't split - it's sewn together - but it's just gorgeous.

Just in case you want something different to Turkey or Goose.

Where from?

I live in Manchester, there's a fab butchers' near me called PJ Howarth. But I'm sure any butcher could rustle one up. We pay about £30 and it feeds 6-8. But it's scrummy.
