What's the best balance bike for less than 50 quid please!

Want to buy one. My daughters very tall, she's 2.5 but is already 105cm tall. I want it to be light weight and also the cost is very important I'm not spending more than 50 quid. So any ideas appreciated. I've seen one on ebay called a balancer looks OK, anyone tried those?

She is about 103 cm, it's perfect, nice and light, with still a bit of room to heighten the saddle.

This is the one I have bought for DS 2.5, I took the stickers off because they looked a bit cheap but I think he'll love it. I wanted one that looked like a big boys bike and this had good reviews.
