Anyone got the Star Wars Lego advent calendar?

Were there two spare pieces after todays thing was made up. I have a left over red sloped thing and a white piece with a flat top.

Yes- we had 3 left over pieces, 2 red and one white. I gave him a box to put all the spare pieces in - Lego always has extra pieces. He spontaneously turned off tv at 7pm so he could go to bed- in order to hurry up getting up tomorrow for number 2!

I put the little round red thing on the gun or jet engine bit at the front in between that and the grey bit.

Oh- I just dont get involved, he does it himself. It would do my head in; especially at that time of the morning...(I do help him if he's stuck though- am not mommy dearest)

We did it this evening. ds is usually very good (he is 7) but dh totally butchered the door helping him to open it this morning so I had to stick the bits together to get the instructions.
