... do you know what I mean?

They sell them at Theme Parks (why didn't I get them then?) and probably at lots of gift shops at farms etc, but I can't find any online.

As the title says, they are brightly coloured, have rubbery long bits all over them, and you can squeeze them and they go like a balloon ..... does any one a) have any idea what I mean? b) know where I can get them from?
