what is a nice doll that will last? She said she wants something that talks. I would like a good quality one

A baby doll or a dressing up doll?

Corolle's range are really lovely, but quite pricey.

Do Corolle do any interactive ones that talk?

Depends what you mean by talk. They have several that giggle and cry etc. And one that properly talks - Lia (in four languages if you want).

But she is expensive.

Gotz Hannah lasts but she doesn't talk.My dd 6 has her and adores her.Check out Bambolina as they're reduced at the moment. To be frank I think she'd get bored of the talking thing going by Baby Annabel of whom dd begged me to switch off.

Bambolina do loads of other ones all gorgeous.

Argos have got the new Friends ones but not sure about how long they'd last and they're soft bodies I think.

Just when I had my heart set on the Corolle Lia, dd has decided that the doll she wants is one that crawls. Is there such a thing and which one is nice?

I've bought my dd this doll. Looks lovely in the box, would never have paid full price for it though.

My 6 year old dd had one of the toddler dolls from argos last year and has played with it all year. Brilliant pressie. This year she has asked for a baby born doll.
