My toffee vodka appears to have settled out into two layers

It is toffees in vodka, nothing else.

Top layer (1/5 of depth) is creamy looking

Bottom layer is coloured and not exactly clear but clear-ER.

Do I give it a shake and hope? Or carefully separate?

I just shake mine before pouring. Tastes ok

So I should shake it, put it into the small bottles for people, and say "shake before pouring"?

Maybe I should taste some... :o

Yeah that's what I'd do... think the creamy bit adds to the toffeeness

Tastes thin and vidka-y. I've added sugar.
