What type of turkey should I get?

Just picked up a Christmas order form from the butcher. What is the difference between a hen turkey and a bronze turkey?

Bump... Bronze or black turkey? And why?

I think its just the different feather colour?
Bronze/black turkeys have slightly darker meat than white ones and the meat tastes a bit gamier. Black turkeys have a finer texture of meat.
