where do you buy wax, wicks and oils for making scented candles? (cheapest) and best place to buy jewellry making bits and bobs please?

well best place for jewellery stuff is often ebay, however if you are looking for something in particular i may be able to help as jewellery making is my thing.

nothing in particular ,just a starter set and then maybe some interesting ,different beads etc. thanks, will look on ebay.
