What sort of things does he like ?
I tunes voucher , fossils , telescope , sports equipment , metal detector , computer game , wrestling ring / figures , lego , book box set sonic screw driver , camera

ds1 is 10 next week and for his birthday and/or Christmas (presents yet to be allocated), he's getting a baseball jacket, MP4 player (pretend ipod touch ), diary of a Wimpy Kid, new rucksack, new lunch box, tintin wii game, Match annual, some Lynx (his top request, sadly....) and some other bits and bobs.

oh - forgot about budget - all of those are within the budget apart from the MP4 player which was £32 from Amazon and is his 'main' present

Ds got a watch for his 10th birthday. You can get some really nice ones for 20 quid.
