They look like a good buy, as come with 140+ bricks and couple of figures and the instructions to make several things.

Does anyone know?

DS2 got one for his 5th birthday from his uncle. He was so pleased he couldn't actually speak. Grin I think they are a good idea, because so many of the kits are very specific now and it's surprisingly hard to build a house out of the bits for Harry Potter's Night-bus.

We got ds the pirate one and the castle one for his birthday. he loved them!

Amazon sell them at a very good price compared to the shops

be aware of that, FuckingFestive - they say "despatched within 1-2 months" on Ama*n - that's because they're gone temporarily out of print, so don't guarantee they'll be available by christmas.

You're better going to someone who definitely has stock.

looking at my distributor, they've got stock of City, Star Wars and Atlantis - so I know that I could get them within a couple of days.

nicklebabe - does your shop do mail order?

nickelbabe · 22/11/2011 14:23

It's free postage too.
(you can pm me if you like)
