sharing my present idea for a teenage girl

I've just brought my neice and my daughter a set of these nail art pens for Christmas. They come in a couple of colours and have the brush to paint the nail but also a pen to do art too. I'm going to buy them both some of the crackle effectnail polish to go with it and maybe some nail transfers too. I might even make up a little nail hamper with some hand cream, varnish remover, cotton wool etc.

My duaghter got some of these from Hamleys as a complete trat about 2 years ago and we allstillhave agreat time with them - you can do really accurate images and stripes etc onthe nails - absolutley fab! We were saying so only yesterday!

Ooh, thats interesting. My youngest SIL is coming up for 12 and she'd love something like this. Plus it appeases both her desire for make up and mine and DH reluctance to buy her more grown up make-up.
Bit expensive for just SIL though, so might buy then break up to gift to other girls in my family--I'm doing gift bags this year with home made goodies and bath smellies etc so these will work great.

(Plus I kinda fancy trying them myself! )

And they are good quality nail varnishes that last for a long time without chipping..
