Ballerina dress up outfit?

DD4 would like a ballet outfit for xmas plus ballet shoes - but she doesn't want to do ballet for real so don't want to spend on 'proper' ballet wear. Neighbour had a tutu but she says she want a full outfit and shoes, Any ideas? Will just be for play purposes.

Was in sainsburys the other day and they had ballet stuff in cheap.

Hennes (H&M) have all in one leotards with tutu skirt attached (although I think some are tacky Hello Kitty themed).

You can get little satin or leather ballet shoes off Ebay (new ones, mind!) - make sure to buy at least a size bigger than her normal shoes as they always come up very small. But remember real ballet shoes have soft suede soles so can't be worn outside.

Amazon have loads, but they only go to about a 7-8. I was looking for one for my DD but they were all too small. There are some lovely ones to choose from on there, just search tutu or ballet dress and narrow it down tby child and size.

the shoes are a bit rubbish for the real thing but if it just for dress up them they're fine

what size shoe is your DD?

i've got a pair of ballet shoes that my own DD can't wear as they are black, you could have those if you PM me your address?

although they aren't brand new, maybe not so good for a christmas pressie
