Hi all, I've just read a recipe in essentials for truffles for a Christmas present made out of double cream and chocolate but it doesn't say anything on how long they will store for how to store them. Worried if people don't put them in the fridge in the time between me giving them for Xmas and opening they might go yucky and give them food poisoning. Any ideas? Or any ideas of different ones I could make? Thanks everyone! X x x
