WH Smith have some lovely books for a fiver. I got a set of three Julia Donaldson books and a hardback Thomas story compendium. I can't find them online but they were in store. Plus they were in a BOGOF so actually £3.50 each

I got dd2 the leappad a few months ago for £59, so pleased i got it early as they are selling for around £100 on amazon now .

Also got Dd1 lots of bakugan half price in the sainsburys sale a few weeks ago.

Also dd came home with a book catalogue thing for school book sale and they have the 'wheres the meerkat' book for £3.99 (best price i have seen so far).

i got a fab bargain this morning.
ds1 who will be 10 at end of jan, had asked for a psp, i went in tow to get it today after researching the best deal was new £129.99 with 2 games. I went into gamestation and asked for a new psp bundle, he came back and said bad news none in stock, i could buy a pre owned but immaculate one for £74.99 with one new release game for £10 extra or he had one new red one. the red one was £39.99!!!!! so 2 new games a new psp and a case came to £12 less than a second hand one.

must have been my lucky day today as well as after trying three stores for a pink nintendo 3ds that came out today and being told no they only had pre ordered stock and none for sale i went into tesco on my way into work and they were just putting out one pink nintendo 3ds!!! and was £20 cheaper than game or gamestation. yayyyy.

so thats me done for xmas (smug emoticon)
