In your early 20's and living in France, what would you like to be sent as a Christmas present from the UK?

Any UK sweets, chocolates, magazines (if reads English) and UK branded beauty products.

DSIL loves shortbread, dr pepper and dvds with at least English subtitles, French preferred.

Oh and Body Shop stuff (you can get it in France, but the shops are hard to find and more expensive) and other toiletries/make up.

Thank you for your suggestions!

I had thought of make-up and toiletries but haven't a clue which brand to go for? Any ideas welcome :)

The girl in question is our former au pair from a few years ago, during her time here she loved Primark, creme eggs, and Chinese take aways (am crap cook) but really struggling for more seasonal ideas.

Thanks again.

I get DSILs Sanctuary stuff, often the gift boxes are 3 for 2 in Boots at this time of year.

For make-up I get stuff that I see that is a bit different that I think they'll like.

Also they like pressies from Accessorize. Cadbury's selection box is always well received too.

When my twin French friends were that age, they loved Christmas cake, digestives and Birds custard powderGrin
