it was aired on tv about 2 years ago I think and he made it in advance with chicken wings and then froze it. I've looked around the net but can't find the video and I'm not sure if the recipe was in any of his books. Does anyone have it? TIA

Another one saying MAKE IT !!!!
It was so easy and delicious - i made it 3 days in advance, stuck it in the freezer and took out it first thing Xmas morning - genius !!!!

(and i'm C**P at making gravy normally!) Grin

actually while talking "gravy", does anyone know of a similar gravy that can be made in advance to go with Beef?

Fancy a change this year as we always have Turkey!

TIA

am sure you could do something similar if you roasted up a load of beef bones from the butcher then made stock out of them and boiled it down a bit. sorry, bit vague, you probably want a proper recipe don't you!

yes please Bibbo but thanks anyway Grin
