lovely calendars

Upload your photos - chose a design - just pay postage. Think they would make a lovely gift in these austere times. I ordered one and if it's good might get some more!

I don't see how they're free? Says starts at £4.99 on the page you linked to...

razors · 11/11/2011 23:49

Top right it says 'starting at' Then the price is crossed out and it says free next to it in red

£5.49 for me!

Goldenbrown1981 · 12/11/2011 00:06

If you sign up to their newsletter it will be free. they send you an email with loads of free stuff. You can order 4 free things at a time (different though, not 4 calendars)
the postage mounts up though, usually about 6 quid for 21 day delivery but its also usually faster than 21 days

razors · 12/11/2011 00:10

So just free for me then - oh never mind - I didn't know that could happen Blush sorry everyone......thought you could all share my good luck!

Vistaprint are doing photo calendars for 99p :)

WhoWhoWhoWho · 12/11/2011 09:19

I've done a 99p vistaprint one for our house, did one last year too. Total came to £3.70 with postage. They are really nice.

razors · 12/11/2011 20:39

Was the quality good then Who? I only ordered one as I thought they might look a bit cheap!

Oh yes they are perfectly fine. IME vistaprint stuff is always good quality, when I was a childminder I use to use them for all my business stationary. Our 2011 calendar is holding up great, and my son who is autistic likes the layout and is finally getting a grasp on days/weeks/month - time passing, which is another reason why I ordered one for 2012. Smile

Plus in true skinflint fashion I will most likely be splitting the calendar to cut out and keep all the large prints of the photos!

Carpediem2007 · 12/11/2011 21:25

Beware of vistaprint, I think that this is the company who set up some direct debit on my account for some dubious membership after I ordered some cards or address stickers a few years ago. The amount was small and I only found out by chance. Very dodgy.

Too funny!

Carpediem Sounds very dodgy - will keep an eye out!

I do recall something about that being mentioned a year or two back Carpediem, amazon had a similar sly box checking thing like that too at one point. A timely reminder to read through every bit of every checkout page, tick lowest payment and postage options and make sure you know what you are authorising.

Razors I'm glad my skinflint behaviour genius idea amuses you. Luckily I do also see the craziness humour in my actions. Grin
