Its now £20 in Tesco. They haven't got loads available so I thought I would let you all know before they sell out

This has been on offer for a while, its not the best of houses, we had a similar one from the entertainer and bits fell off and the floor cracked (thin plastic), ok for £20 though when you see the price of some of the others.
