It looks like a lot of cash for pre weighed dry ingredients? just add butter, several eggs and lots of alcohol.

My Waitrose had them late last week. I did it last year as my first Christmas cake and it was great! It may be more expensive (will find out when I make one from scratch next week) but it gave me the courage to do it in the first place iyswim?
