Just thought that anyone considering Sylvanian Families might like to know that the school is 1/3rd off in Argos at the moment - £49.99 down to £33.32

Just been into Tesco's and it's only £24!! Not showing that price online though.

Think I want to return something and get that instead.

Oh well, I did have a look at Tesco's and got a Bluebell cottage starter home for DD instead!
Beechwood Hall will go into the loft for next year (got it at Argos for £45) so still happy about that too.

My furniture hasn't arrived but am still hopeful

Beechwood is £40 in Smyths now, ho hum.....
