DD1 (7yo) wants more playmobil for Christmas!

Due to generous and 3 sets of grandparents, Dd1 has the pm hospital, pony ranch plus add ons, camper van, swimming pool, play park, speed boat, ice cream parlour, plus other bits and bobs. She has given me a list which includes the school, holiday house, princess castle and clinic. Now even if money were to allow all this there is no more space in her bedroom for pm. However her little sister (4.5) wants pm too so I could get them one large item between them as they both play with it anyway. But I do feel like we have a whole city of pm.

Her Christmas list also includes boos, makeup, necklace, watch and fan! She still believes in Santa, so is confident in getting it all. (the lamb) :)

Thoughts please!

Am a bit Shock at the scalped Playmo-people!

The Romans have been discontinued, although you can still buy a few accessory sets from the Direct Service. You might find some on eBay though, or any shops which still have some older stock.

Sad for the Romans at being dicontinued - we have pretty much the whole lot, I think - arena, galleon, spear thrower-thingy, tent for the centurion to sulk in, and enough soldiers to do some serious formation-work.

Hmm, might have to borrow your Romans, stealth, should we ever come under attack. Our armed forces currently consist of Archie the Archer, and two very recently purchased knights (Sir Ospringe Bapchild and Sir Biddenden Smeeth).

Norman they might be in need of your management skills - the centurion is very fond of sulking in his posh tent, so they spend rather more time lazing around at the arena cheering on the tiger than they do practising....

My management skills largely involve delegating most other jobs so that I can drink Brew......... Wink

Ooo we all love Playmobil here too. The ds's would be quite happy to only own playmobil. They play with it every day and get some really good games/stories going so I don't think you can have too much.

We've got the plane (which is enormous), airport, take along police station, police car, campervan, swimming pool, dump truck, bin lorry, a couple of small pirate bits and other odds and ends.

I'm thinking about getting them something biggish to share for Christmas but don't know what. Maybe the holiday house as we don't have room (or enough money!) for the big house. I really, really want the school though too! Grin

I recently looked at the Romans on the Playmobil website so I think some of it is still available.
