My nearly 5 yr old DD has asked for:

A camera
Rollerskates
MORE sylvanian families
A pair of Lelli Kelly's
A pony
Some animals for her farm set
About a million other pieces of tat from the argos catalogue

You can imagine which one we will not be buying

My DD will be just 4 at Christmas, DP and I are getting her the big wooden doll house that ELC have on offer for £80 at the moment and I think my parents are going to get her a Leapfrog Leappad.

Other than that she asks for about ten different things every day, so will probably have a (very small) random selection of other stuff (she loves Toy Story right now) and maybe some new paints, books etc.

DD is 4 and wants an alarm clock. I've bought her this bloody thing as she begged.

Her friends seem to like sylvanian families quite a lot but crikey they're ££.

When my dd was that age she was all about dressing up- bags, shoes, clothes ...

Her favourite game was playing schools so I got her lots of stationery and printed out lots of registers for her to use when playing schools. She was ecstatic at items like "Well Done" stamps.

I have a 3 yr old and 5 yr old girls.
They have not asked for anyhting for Xmas, but we are getting:

3 yr - playmobil playground set off ebay
5yr - littlest pet shop playset, small lego creator set.

I did want to get them sylvanian, but was warned by well meaning auntie that if they get that too early then theres nothing left for them to want when they are 8+.

All mine play with at home is:

All round in a cycle depending on which day it is. They love the stuff.
