What do I need for a disguise kit?

I'm making one for my almost 7 year old and almost 4 year old boys.

So far I have lots of moustaches, couple of wigs/bald head thingy, and false teeth. I can't seem to find a set of false noses but will keep looking. Also need to get different style glasses.

What else should I put in?

Hats. A newspaper with eye holes cut into it. A bow tie?

OvOntToSuckYourBlood · 26/10/2011 16:39

Hats! If course. Thank you! Grin

Of, not if. Fat fingers strike again!

I'm going to look at ebay for daft hats.

Black face paint for mustaches? Or just fake ones?

OvOntToSuckYourBlood · 26/10/2011 16:52

I just have fake ones but face paint would be good. They could draw on scars and bruises.

I knew you lot would have lots of ideas! Grin

Lipstick/eyeshadow/jewellery/scarves so they can disguise themselves as the opposite sex? Grin

A trenchcoat or briefcase?

Goldenbrown1981 · 26/10/2011 18:03

A big, fake looking mobile phone

OvOntToSuckYourBlood · 26/10/2011 18:16

Haha, all great ideas!

Mackerel, LOVE the idea of lots female disguise bits. I can see the fits of giggles already. Grin

Paperchase sometimes have sets of false noses.

A couple of men's pinstripe jackets and loud ties from the charity shop?

How about a couple of metres each of a few different coloured fabrics? Could become cloaks, turbans, capes etc.

Poundland had fake noses - they were, strangely enough, next to the hen night balloons and L plates etc.

Great idea by the way.

OvOntToSuckYourBlood · 26/10/2011 19:46

Oh good, I was hoping one of the cheap shops would have fake noses. Thanks, LMDATD.

Remus, fabric is a great idea too. I have a Dunelm Mill close by and could have a rummage through the discount bin.

Ooo, I want it all for me now. Blush Always been 5 at heart. Grin

When dd2 was heavily into her disguise phase, a nice lady in Specsavers gave us a couple of old pairs of display specs with no lenses in for nothing more than a small donation to their charity tin. Worth a try maybe?

Also - how about a sling and some big men's hankies?

If you wait a week or two, all the Halloween face paints etc will be reduced in the shops too.

Was going to say glasses.. Great idea op
