We got this for dd last yr when the same offer was on. It is nice though rooms not as large as for ex the ELC dolls house

They do this every year; it's never sold for "full" price so don't panic buy. It's a nice toy though especially if you have DD's (or a DS in my case) who like this sort of thing before they get into the horrendous expense of Sylvanian Families.
