...who already has quite a lot anyway?

DS got far too much for his 3rd birthday, so I'm struggling a bit with ideas for Christmas. Family have already been asking for suggestions and I'm a bit stuck. He already has mini micro scooter, balance bike, lots of duplo, enough happy land to build a small town, wooden train set, kitchen, dressing up stuff, kids camera and some playmobil.

Any suggestions for presents around the £15-£20 mark as well as 'main' present ideas would be very welcome.

Oh, and before anyone tells me, I know it's August thanks. Wink

A trampoline?
Out door climbing frame?
Football goals?
Art table/easel?
Hobby horse?
Craft stuff - playdoh etc.

Orchard games do a great variety, not large boxes either so very easy to store.

Bendaroos, play dough, craft things - easily used up so you dont have to keep for years.

When our ds was 3 we got him the old version of fort building kit

He still loves it now, nearly 4 years later and my dd (10) loves it too.

Does he have a farm set? Our ds loves his.

Does he have a collection of dinosaurs and a volcano or something like that?

A brio style train set?

I agree craft stuff gets used up and doesn't need to be stored for years.

Watching this for ideas Grin

Anything by Imaginext.

My DS2, now aged nearly 7 has built up quite a collection from being about three or so.

I'd highly reccomend either the police helicopter or the coastguard helicopter.

Thanks for all the replies and apologies for taking so long to come back! Some good ideas here - I like the football goals Thumbwitch, hadn't thought of those.

Some other ideas that I've had (for anyone else clicking on this thread for inspiration) are marble run and baking utensils.

I hadn't thought of dinosaurs Carrotsandcelery and DS likes Harry and the dinosaurs so I'll look out for those. That fort building set looks fab too - I hadn't seen that before, so that's a definite maybe.

My problem is that he's had a lot of stuff early to 'grow into now' now he's three he's already got a lot of the stuff that 3 year olds like!
