Turkey crown - way to cook??

This is the first year we have had a crown, what is the best way to cook it?
I was maybe considering the slow cooker.
I don't want dry.

I have just prepared my crown for tomorrow.
I have made a parsley & lemon butter which I have pushed inbetween the meat & the skin & then also rubbed it over the top of the skin.
I plan to cook it in the morning for 2hrs.

I just cover mine in bacon and bung it it - it comes out lovely.
