ok, this is the first time Ive cooked Christmas lunch. in fact, its the first time Ive cooked a turkey full stop. its a BM small turkey (about 4.2kg) and MIL has been pestering me, saying it should be out by now. when is the latest i can take it out? theres no room in the kitchen as it is!
