presents for girls age 7 & 9 years

I want to spend around £10 - £15 and have no idea what girls are into. My DS ge 9 says he has no idea either

The Klutz range of books/activity packs are lovely for this age, I think.
There's fashion designer one and one for dressing up pups , another on animation - on itouch so can't link but have a look on Amazon or Book Depository.
Failing that, Accessorize usually have lots of sparkly things if that's what they like.

My 7 year old is still keen on Playmobil. She is also getting a Butterfly kit and art stuff, and lots of books.

My 7yr old likes:

Anything art and craft-like
Beads
Painting and drawing
Moxie Girls (like Barbie but more brattish - they are £9.99 in Argos)
Music
Clothes- H&M do nice sparkly tops/pumps/hats&scarves etc this time of year
Hair accessories

Craft kits seem popular, and books, but it's hard to know what they already have...
