....try Homebase.

Have just spent a small amount of money (in case DH reads this.....:o ) on new christmas decorations. Having been disappointed at the hugely overpriced offerings in the local garden centre, I went off to Homebase. I am very pleasantly surprised and delighted with my bounty :) Gorgeous berry "kissing ball" things, wreaths, glass baubles, those "pick" things you stick onto greenery - all at very very cheap prices.

lovely.

i always get from wilko's. (i get at least one new one every year - this year they were from John Lewis, thouhg. a set of led coloured lights, a big white papier mache bauble with animals on it and a santa on a fake candy stick)

have you taken a picture of your tree for your profile yet?

I looked in JL but my head was spinning from the sheer number of people in the store - I felt like I needed a lie down afterwards!

Not taken photo as the real tree goes up this weekend. Only tree up so far is the one in the playroom which the DCs threw baubles in the general direction of decorated.
