How long will these little Christmas pies keep for?

I want to make them Christmas eve to put on the buffett boxing day.

Would they be ok for that long in an air tight container?

cant see why not!

Would they be ok cold or would you reheat them storminabuttercup?

i quite like stuff like that cold, or you could make them now pop them in the freezer uncooked and just pop in the oven boxing day. if reheat from cooked just kepp an eye on them. :-)

Freezing them uncooked is a great idea, would I need to defrost them?

i would but in the fridge so the pastry stays cool
