What are the best Wii games for 8-9 yo?

DS is getting Wii from ex's family but he'll be the one actually choosing the games. I've no clue.

Are they all sports- tennis etc?

Of the games we have ds (8y) most enjoys (although he plays on it much less now - prefers to use the pc);
Mario Kart
Star Wars Lego
Super Mario Galaxy
My Sims Racing
Batman Lego

He is having Super Mario Bros for xmas - not completely sure why he wants it giving his current Wii use - but that's the present he has chosen.

Ok, thank you. DS plays Mario (don't know which one) on DS. Can't really ask him as it's supposed to be a surprise.
