Music CD for DD nearly 8

DD will be 8 in the New Year, and has previously enjoyed listening to High School Musical, Mamma Mia, Alvin & the Chipmunks soundtrack etc. She has a growing awareness of general chart type music, which is NOT my sort of thing at all! I'd like to get her a new CD for Christmas, but have no idea what to get!! Some sort of compilation I guess. What is Pop Party like? Help me!!

my dd (7 and a half) has asked for one of the NOW cds. I got one which now I notice is not the latest one but I assume it will pass muster .

She has been enjoying to my now 30-something cds from the 90s .

Pop party is good, all the recent tunes minus any rude words

yes new pop perty is good, my very dance crazy ds (7) is getting it. :)

i think i got my nearly 8 yo pop princesses, it has cheryl cole and katie perry, her life will be complete!
