Present ideas for (childfree) friend

I have a very close friend who always gets my dc something lovely for Christmas and birthdays.
I am looking for a nice, thoughtful gift to send to her (we live very far away from each other so it would have to be posted).
In the past I have sent jewellery, books, clothes, hamper etc etc.

I feel like I have run out of suggestions??
She lives in Rickmansworth if that helps anyone??
