Bin it. We get the same ones every year and you'd think the sender would get it that the woman doesnt live here anymore, it's been 9 years!

We get a 'round robin' Christmas card sent here for a previous occupier every year. It wasn't the person who lived here for over ten years before we moved in, so it must have been a long time ago!

The wierd thing is that this person writes some really personal stuff about her family in it, so it's wierd that she's telling this stuff to someone she can't have seen for 15+ years.

But anyway, the short answer is - we bin it - after reading it and having a bitch about the contents Grin

The same as Moomoofarm!

We get a round robin from a lady called Dawn who was very bitter last year that her son's girlfriend was pregnant - in the previous years he was the light of her life and could do nothing wrong! Am interested to see how she feels now the child is born Grin.
After reading I chuck it!

As above. Open, check for money, bin.

AliceWorld · 07/12/2010 21:37

Ooo display the card. Don't know what that says about me...

LynetteScavo · 07/12/2010 22:21

On the one hand, I want to display them, because it will look like I know more people [insecure], but on the other it seems a bit..... dirty.

If it has a return sender on it I return it with "Addresee not known on this address" in our previous house we for the 10 years we lived there got a card for the people whom we bought the house from (whom left no ffw address) and even though I send all of them back they continued to send it.

If not I bin them

I display it! Why waste a nice card!
