Does anyone know if any of the big chains are doing anything like that this year? I reeeeally want to buy one for DS (would settle for a wreath with a moving musical train but keep getting outbid on Ebay). Googling keeps taking me back to the Thomas Kincaid ones which are sort of £100 or more, don't want to pay that much.

Oh if anyone has such a thing that they don't want any more PM me, will either buy it off you or trade a load of Avon goodies for it or somesuch.

Why dont you google "clockwork train" and make your own centrepiece with a little tree in a pot and some cheapo deco's?

Homebase have one of those christmas scenes/ornaments/village things with a revolving train.....about £20 I think.

Past Times had lots of this sort of thing.

Ooh, Past Times, hadn't thought of that.
I have been googling various combinations of 'Moving train ornament' and 'Christmas train' and either get the ones that you put round the bottom of the main christmas tree (we already have enough pigging trainsets...)or Kincaid ones, or lovely ones that other bastards outbid me for...
THanks.
