What to serve with gammon?

What veg do you associate with gammon? Having gammon when inlays visit a few days after Christmas but lacking in inspiration.

I love gammon with cauliflower cheese

nigella does a wonderful pea recipe with cream (and lardons but i'd skip that with gammon) in her christmas book, it would be fab

we generally do corn on the cob or red cabbage or oven roast veggies

so close to Christmas it'd have to be red cabbage though (and you can make way in advance and freeze)

potato dauphinoise and salad

carrots and sprouts.

I'd do boiled new potatoes and cauliflower cheese.

I abhor red cabbage in all its forms - unfortunately, DH loves it, and doesn't consider it's a proper Christmas if he hasn't got pickled red cabbage to put on his turkey sandwiches.

Peas pudding and mash/jackets/new potaoes and pickles and chutney.
