What to serve with gammon?

What veg do you associate with gammon? Having gammon when inlays visit a few days after Christmas but lacking in inspiration.

God we always have it with home cooked chips! You could do potato wedges and some salads...maybe have coleslaw and potato saled too?

My favourites are cauliflower cheese (cause a sauce is needed for the gammon) and green beans. I have served that with little small roast potatoes.

And I like it with potato dauphinois (sauce again) and green beans. Or broccoli.

I have no idea what people associate with gammon, though. Not sure if there are any trad veg dishes.

I do it with braised red cabbage (it works really well), mange tout and dauphinoise potatoes.
