OK to combine baby thank-yous with Christmas cards?

I have a 6 week old new DD and need to send out thank-yous to family and friends for the lovely gifts we've received.

We've had a nice card printed with a photo of DD on the front. Would anyone mind do you think if we wish them a Happy Christmas in this card and don't send a seperate Christmas card?

I'd put a thank you letter and a Christmas card in the same envelope.

That's not quite what you're suggesting, but as long as you write a nice message (which I'm sure you'd be planning to do), I think it'll be fine.

I am sure it will be fine, yes.

Absoultley fine. People will be so busy looking at your beautiful baby photo.
Congratulations. Smile

Absolutely- people will understand you have other things to worry about than two lots of correspondence. Congratulations!

I did for my December born child :)

Congratulations on your new baby.

That sounds lovely.

Phew! Still not sure when I'm going to find time to get through them all, but at least I now have some chance... Will have to write them with one hand I think.Smile

Thank you so much for making me feel better! My babies are 7 week on Wednesday, and I was starting to feel really bad for not sending my half written thank you cards out yet.

So glad to know I'm not the only one Grin
